CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) enabling of Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) happened without any knowledge of the truth. In stark contrast, Doctor Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) knew full well that Sally wasn’t diagnosed with a terminal condition. She lent her professional license to that lie, easily making her actions totally wrong by any measurement.

So, the question is whether Wyatt, who had two relationships with Sally in less than a year or Penny, who was a friend, enabled this diabolical plan more?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Wyatt Spencer Offered Too Much Benefit Of The Doubt

Wyatt arguably overreacted last year when he learned about Sally’s knowledge of the plan to split Lope. He dumped Sally, based purely on his belief that she should have immediately told him what Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was planning to do. That issue only involved Wyatt indirectly, as was true of Hope’s character.

Then, after breaking from Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), Wyatt re-coupled with Sally. His forgiving nature reinforced his own inconsistency, which was then further confirmed when he dropped Sally a second time. She’d done nothing wrong during Wally’s sequel.

So, after knowing that he’d played with Sally’s emotions, Wyatt then consciously chose to not question the many odd circumstances regarding her claim of imminent death. Doing so was the reason why she was able to move into his house.

B&B Spoilers – Penny Escobar Put Ambition Over Oath

Penny became a doctor in order to please her parents. Her overall performance in the medical profession has to be questioned now, regardless of whatever her accomplishments may be.

Ruiz’s character was revealed to be a fashion designer hopeful. Her desire to switch careers is the reason why she responded to Sally’s ask.

However, as viewers saw, even after hitting Flo with the candlestick, Penny wasn’t willing to end the plan. She was still all in while Flo was tied to the radiator, as Penny was texting Wyatt under the pretense of being Bowden’s character.

Sally mined Wyatt’s emotions and sense of guilt. Penny’s desperation and eventual physical actions put her in a position that Sally took full advantage of.

Sure, Sally has been manipulating both sides in order to achieve her irrational objectives. But each of the people who Sally has been using share certain percentages of the blame for enabling her.
