The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Liam Makes It His Mission To Keep Thomas Away From Hope

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers tease that in Los Angeles Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will make it his mission to keep Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) away from Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) this week on BOLD!

Liam wasn’t happy when he heard about Dr. John Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) latest conversation with Thomas! Viewers will recall that he went looking for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) at Forrester Creations. In the meanwhile, Steffy was at home and had not come into work yet.

He found Thomas instead – and a very distracted Thomas, at that. Finn has been hanging around Steffy and her home long enough to be able to tell something was off with Thomas. He was distracted, his mind seemed to be elsewhere, and he told Finn without intending to that Hope wanted him, not Liam! Finn and Steffy have become close enough that she has told him some of Thomas’ history and his obsession with Hope.

Finn also noticed something wrong medically, or perhaps psychologically, since every medical doctor has training in psychiatry also, so they can tell if there is something wrong there. First, he told Steffy, and it is likely that Steffy will be the one to tell Liam unless they are all there together at the time. Of course, with Liam and Thomas’ history of romantic rivalry over Hope, and Liam and Hope now being married, Liam goes absolutely ballistic and again makes it his mission to keep Thomas away from Hope!

Liam Spencer And Thomas Forrester Have A Fraught History With One Another

Liam and Thomas have a fraught history with one another, and nearly all of it is over Hope, and sometimes Hope and Thomas’ young son Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Saimiri). There was the time when Liam and Thomas got in a fight on a rooftop and Thomas nearly pushed him off of it – there was also the time Thomas gaslighted Hope and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) into thinking he died in a vat of acid!

This was after Hope and he had been in the Forrester dye plant and Hope saw him fall in – luckily for Thomas, it was only some cleaning solution and not the acid! Thomas also tried to give Douglas nightmares by showing holographic images of monsters on his bedroom ceiling.

That was probably the most unforgivable of the psychotic behavior of Thomas. And of course, there was his gaslighting of Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) thinking he could make Hope jealous enough to marry him, all the while taking full advantage of Zoe sexually! That wasn’t psychotic, it was immoral! Liam knows all that Thomas can be capable of if he is giving in to his obsessions; and no doubt his mind is already racing to worst-case scenarios! He will rush to confront Thomas as soon as he can find him!
