The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Karla Mosley Discusses Body Issues During Pandemic

During these times of quarantine, lockdowns, and pandemics, many have been less active and having a change in eating habits. This has affected people because they may be gaining weight and feeling bad about their bodies because of this. This could lead to body issues as some may feel guilt about the changes in their body. Some of the Bold and the Beautiful stars have begun to speak out about this with one of them being Karla Mosley.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Karla Mosley Struggles As A Teen

Bold and the Beautiful star, Karla Mosley, who played Maya Avant like her character, know the issues when it comes to body images, although hers is not related to her gender like her character but instead to something a little different. In the past, She spoke out about her own struggles involving eating disorders and how she had a negative relationship with her body when she was a teenager.

She would talk about how her desire to be a dancer only added to the negative relationship with her body. As she recently addressed the issues of body image as well as food in a response to a tweet.

Crisse, who is a TV as well as a podcast personality, went on twitter in order to give some words of advice to her follower. The tweet read, “Your body is keeping. you. alive. during. a. global. pandemic. The least you can do is not cuss it out for doing its best.” Mosley went on to respond to the post by saying, “I really appreciate this – it hit my heart directly. As someone with a history of #EatingDisorders I find that focusing on my body size is low hanging fruit for my anxiety and self hate speech. The only antidote? Self-love.”

Heather Tom who plays Katie Logan on the Bold and the Beautiful recently posted her own video that talked about this. It took a funny approach to the issue but still touched on the anxiety one might be feeling as they notice that they can not fit into their jeans during the lockdown as their eating pattern changes.
