The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Challenges Her Tormentor

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was wronged on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. While Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) stole her and her husband Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) newborn baby, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) also acted terribly when lying by omission. His refusal to tell the truth about what he learned represented a flaw in his character, which is one that Liam still clearly sees.

The love of Hope’s life is concerned that she’s being manipulated by Thomas again. Liam is right, as Thomas is still talking out of one side of his mouth when some people are around and then the other when his audience changes.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Rubber Stamps His Son

It’s not that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) buys everything Thomas tells him. As B&B fans recall, Ridge was furious and momentarily disillusioned when Thomas admitted to tailgating Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) on Mulholland Drive and then not seeking to help her after the crash.

But Ridge told Atkinson’s ever-childlike character that the issue should never be spoken of and that he would not allow his son to go to prison. Thomas hasn’t due, in most part, to Ridge not fighting Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) immunity deal.

Upon hearing Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) question her brother about the purported threat made against Liam, Thomas didn’t deny it, while also claiming that he was defending himself. Ridge told his son that he shouldn’t be making threats, but did nothing more.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan Challenges Her Tormentor

Thomas is still tormenting Hope, he’s just doing so in a more nuanced manner. Noelle’s character senses that something is off, but she’s also been affected by the appearance of sincerity regarding their co-parenting arrangement.

Hope deserves to live her life without being constantly harangued by Thomas, which is what happened in the recent past. The grudging acceptance in allowing him to become the lead designer of the Hope For The Future line was a mistake that Liam wants Hope to correct.

The intended connection Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) has with Hope will, in all likelihood, prevent the second part of Liam’s request from being fulfilled.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – One Of Liam Spencer’s Linked Requests Is Reasonable

Hope could easily ditch Thomas from her line, as there are plenty of talented designers in Los Angeles, California, and elsewhere around the world. And, isn’t there at least one other designer on staff at Forrester Creations who could be written into the script? Of course.

But asking Hope to relinquish control of Douglas, as one of the linked requests to his marriage proposal, is a bridge too far. Liam should compromise, while also recognizing that Hope can keep Thomas at bay. Plus, Clifton’s character should place Douglas’ interests above his own, as Hope is doing.
