It appears as though Bowden’s husband was on the set in the early to mid part of July. If true that would seem to indicate that a number of episodes were shot before he worked, meaning that Flo is held captive for a short period of time.

While Penny was the person who actually knocked Flo unconscious, Sally panicked and helped to remove her from the scene, which became a crime along with, of course, the kidnapping.
