Readers of this site know that B&B’s executive producer, Bradley Bell implied in the recent past when talking about the new episodes that had finally arrived, that Steffy would be confronting a problem many people face. That could have meant a relationship choice, or dealing with pain that resulted from the motorcycle accident.

Bell was naturally light on details, as soap operas thrive on passionate viewers who enjoy being surprised by seeing what comes next. So, it’s possible that Steffy and Finn connect and she’s also impacted by addiction.

B&B Spoilers – John Finnegan Crosses Ethical Line?

The introduction of a new character is a delicate matter in any instance. Assuming Finn becomes a recurring face, then B&B might present him in a somewhat bland way. He’ll do right by Steffy medically and become more than a friend on a personal level.

If Novlan is to be more of a regular player, or Finn at least becomes an often recurring character, then deeper drama is surely in the works. Creating a strong bond with Steffy would be enough in that regard. Having the doctor over-prescribe medication, because his personal feelings become conflicted, would be a very compelling and complex storyline.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Vincent Walker Teased As Supplier

Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) specific mention of his friend possibly having a crush on Steffy was interesting. Why was that bit of dialogue inserted into the scene at the cliff house where Thomas delivered gifts that Vincent Walker (Joe Lo Cicero) wanted Steffy to have?

Vinny supplied Thomas with illegal pills in the past. Thomas gave some to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in order to try and engineer a Steam revival. Vinny thought that Thomas was going to use the aphrodisiac himself, which came during the period where Atkinson’s character was obsessed with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

So, having Vinny provide Steffy with another type of pill, or having Thomas facilitate that delivery is two options B&B could present if the storyline is written in that direction.
