Ever since the kiss, Bill hasn’t been able to stop thinking about Brooke. Even though he is with Katie Logan (Heather Tom), “Brill” has a history. Now, Brooke made it clear that nobody was to find out about that kiss and they would not speak of it again.

However, Bill can’t help himself and wants to talk about it. He ends up calling Brooke while she is at home. She just reunited with Ridge and isn’t happy about the phone call. When he tells her they need to talk about the kiss, she makes it clear that they are not going to discuss it again.

It is teased that Bill will start to daydream and fantasize about Brooke. He won’t be able to get his former flame out of his mind. This could be dangerous and it sounds like Thomas not being able to get Hope out of his mind. Plus, Bill is not a fan of Ridge and is already venting about their relationship.
