Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “It’s definitely created a rift – as you’d imagine it would. He does love Katie, and he places a lot of value in their relationship. They were in a good place. It’s exactly why Brooke and Bill said, ‘Hey, we got caught up in the moment, this is not going to happen again.”
