Bill insists that the kiss he shared with Brooke didn’t mean anything to him and that he just did it out of compassion. However, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Los Angeles, it’s that a kiss is never just a kiss, especially when there are two exes involved. Brooke knows this, Katie knows this, and Bill should especially know this.

Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “It’s definitely created a rift – as you’d imagine it would. He does love Katie, and he places a lot of value in their relationship. They were in a good place. It’s exactly why Brooke and Bill said, ‘Hey, we got caught up in the moment, this is not going to happen again.”
