As befits his new role as the fresh prince of Malibu, Prince Harry can now be seen on the streets of L.A. looking scruffy and sullen. He’s been captured in a shocking new look—what will the Queen think?
Harry in a hoodie? Yep. Harry hanging out on a dirty, trash stained intersection in L.A.? Double check. If Harry wanted to hobknob with the people, this is definitely the way to do it—did I mention this version of Harry is breaking the law as well?
Prince Harry has his own graffiti portrait to boast about
Harry’s new look comes courtesy of a Keith Biele, an L.A. street artist who has painted a surprisingly realistic, if totally illegal, portrait of the prince on a street-side public utility box.
What’s the occasion? It seems that the artist’s expression is as much due to political disgruntlement as anything. Biele told People that he disliked how President Trump welcomed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to the golden state by tweeting that the country will not be paying the relocation-happy couple’s protection and security costs.

In case you want to checkout Hoodie Harry, he’s in Los Feliz at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Beachwood Drive.
The portrait went up earlier this month and features Harry in a powder blue hoodie to match his baby blue eyes. On his hoodie is a crown with the words, “Keep Calm and Wash Hands.” Harry’s expression is a bit dour, does he not approve of being stuck on a dirty street corner, no protection officers in sight?
On the utility box he’s accompanied by a French bulldog and a pitbull; where are the corgi’s?!
The artist aimed to welcome Harry properly unlike Trump
According to Biehle, “I wanted to try to find a way to use this image and welcome them and at the same time to make a comment and a little public service announcement to everybody.” The Prince and the PSA—gotta love it!
He added that he wanted to use the UK’s iconic wartime phrase but also update it to reflect modern times, “with what’s going on with the COVID-19.”
I wonder if Harry has already scoped out his likeness? In a hoodie perhaps, to avoid those pesky paparazzi he so detests?
According to reports, the Sussex’s are holed up in Malibu after fleeing Canada after fleeing the UK.
