General Hospital Spoilers: Who Was Your Favorite GH Newcomer of 2020? Vote Now!

ABC General Hospital spoilers reveal that in 2020 several new faces arrived in Port Charles, NY on the ABC soap to stir up mayhem and mischief. Port Charles had a brand new mob boss come to town, a vibrant doctor with a teenage daughter began work at General Hospital, one of Sonny’s relatives arrived, and another devious doctor performed his insidious work from Switzerland. Who was your favorite newcomer for 2020?

#1 Cyrus Renault

Jeff Kober brought one of a kind mob boss, Cyrus Renault, to town in February and by December the salt ‘n pepper meanie had insinuated himself into every single nook and cranny in Port Charles. He brings menace to town along with a mysterious personal connection. He is ruthless, a drug pusher and yet he has to have a heart somewhere, right?

#2 Portia Robinson

Portia Robinson is played by Brooke Kerr and she debuted in March. Portia has yet to have a major story of her own but she is tied to several prominent Port Charles citizens. Her daughter is teen scene regular Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and as such mom needs to spend copious amounts of time counseling her daughter on the ways of the world. Portia believes Trina’s dad Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) is dead and will have to deal with the aftermath when she discovers the truth.

#3 Brando Corbin

In January Johnny Wactor brought the character of Brando Corbin to life which wasn’t easy or immediately believable because everyone had been led to believe he was dead. That was not true and since then Brando has become a major player on the canvas. He is Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) cousin and now enmeshed in his dirty mob war. Brando is seeming to take an interest in Sasha Reeves (Sofia Mattsson) his cousin’s cast off and his boss’ near murder victim. One thing’s for sure, 2021 will be eventful for the handsome, tall drink of water.

#4 Dr. Warren Kirk

Dr. Warren Kirk debuted in June 2020 with Christopher Cousins in the role. At first he seemed legit, and he probably was until he crossed paths with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and she persuaded him to do her bidding. In December Jamison Jones took over the role of Dr. Kirk who had been treating Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in Switzerland. Not long after the poor man was dead from some kind of stabbing, although he seemed to be holding the murder weapon in his own hand.
