General Hospital Spoilers: Which GH Villian Should Return To Our Screens? Vote Now!

ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal has always had villains who reak havoc on unsuspecting Port Charles residents. Who is your favorite villain? Who would you like to see return to our GH screen?

#1 Manny Ruiz

General Hospital fans remember Manny Ruiz as an out of control mobster’s son with an unhealthy desire to play with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Manny was evil and ruthless. Manny murdered his own father because he tried to control him. Manny wanted nothing to do with a sense of honor and everything to do with being evil. Manny even manhandled Sam in front of Jason after tying him to a chair and shooting him in the leg. Manny was a much better villain in the Jasam story than Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) or Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

#2 Jerry Jax

General Hospital’s Jerry Jax (Sebastian Roche’) is a favorite villain. Jerry not only tangled with Jasam but has wreaked havoc on all of Port Charles. Jerry was behind the Metrocourt hostage crisis. Jerry was behind the water pollution fiasco. Jerry worked with Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) to take over ELQ. Jerry may have also been involved with the memory mapping of Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Jerry has tried to blow up Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) even though he was sleeping with her mother Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Jerry is a villain fans love to hate. Jerry would add some much-needed spice to GH.

#3 Caesar Faison

General Hospital’s Caesar Faison (Ander Hove) has been a thorn in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) side for years. Now, Anna is supposed to have a son with Faison, Peter. Unfortunately, fans know that Anna would never sleep with Faison and are sure that Alex Marick (Anna Devane) is really the one who slept with Faison. However, Faison was shot by Jason after being lured to Port Charles by Peter. Faison should return and prove to his son that he’s not that easily gotten rid of. Faison could also expose Peter for is part in the memory mapping experience. Faison was a great GH villain and could certainly shake things up.

#4 Helena Cassadine

General Hospital’s Helena has been a thorn in Luke Spencer’s (Tony Geary) side for years. However, Helena crossed that line when she not only stole Jason’s son but tried to turn him into her soldier. Helena’s partnership with Faison was not something that worked out in her best interest. However, she needs to come back and face Jason after everything she has done to hurt him and his family. Will Helena return to Port Charles or is she actually dead? Helena’s return could prove to be very interesting at this point.

General Hospital needs to bring back some actual drama to the show. The “villains” we have seen in recent years cannot hold a candle to these villains. GH needs to bring back some true villains instead of giving us these wanna be villains that we cannot even love to hate.
