General Hospital Spoilers: Violet Finn Wants Answers – Where’s Mom Hayden Barnes?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) grows curious about what happened to her mother. Will Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) request that the WSB start searching for Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Hayden Barnes Has Been Missing Over A Year

It has been over a year now that Hayden Barnes has been missing. At the time, she was fearful of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) whom she had made a deal with in exchange for information about why Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) portrait was so important. Valentin had offered her a great deal of money but had threatened to make things difficult for her, and so she had accepted, but then Nikolas had a goon rough her up on the docks. Nikolas appeared to save her from the goon, and he had been hiding in the Wyndemere Castle and overheard her making the deal with Valentin.

He convinced her it would be safer for her if she disappeared, and after leaving Violet with Anna and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) for a sleepover, she disappeared and has not been heard from since. Violet is a precocious little girl, and she may ask Finn and Anna a difficult question about if her mother is dead, or if she is ever coming back. No one other than Nikolas knows his role in making Hayden disappear, and no one knows if he may have made her disappear permanently! Nikolas was quite desperate at that time, as few people knew he was even alive except for Hayden and Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), and he was trying to find the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will, that disinherited Valentin.

GH Spoilers – Anna DeVane May Feel That It Is Likely Pastime For The WSB To Start A Search

Anna may actually feel that it is way pastime for the WSB to start a search for Hayden. She may be thinking about her own past and how many times she was separated from her own daughter, Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) when she was close to Violet’s age. Anna herself was presumed dead for many years, as was Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and that was when a teenage Robin went to live with her uncle Mac Scorpio (John J. York).

Hayden has made no contact with anyone, not with Finn, not with Violet, and not with her half-sister Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). No one knows if Hayden is dead or alive, and they cannot just leave Violet hanging. Anna has been preoccupied for the past year or so with trying to keep the WSB’s attention off of Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

The year has flown by way too fast. Anna will likely discuss with Finn before she makes any moves to contact the WSB. After all Violet is his little girl and besides, Hayden had disappeared without a trace before. Maybe it’s just part of her pattern. She disappeared when she was pregnant with Violet and Finn never knew she existed until she showed up sick in GH. But whatever Anna and Finn decide, Violet certainly deserves to know what is going on with her mother and if she can ever expect to see her again!
