General Hospital Spoilers: Rebecca Budig’s Sweet Surprise from TV Daughter – Jophielle Love Sings ‘Mom’ an Adorable Song

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that one ABC soap star had a special surprise for her TV mom. Jophielle Love has captured fans’ hearts as Violet Barnes on GH, but it turns out she can do more than act and be downright adorable. She can sing, too! Love put her talent on full display in a recent video, which was shared on Instagram.

Love enjoyed a visit with Rebecca Budig (Hayden Barnes), who’s certainly missed in Port Charles. General Hospital fans will keep hoping for a mother-daughter reunion onscreen, but this offscreen reunion will have to do for now. It turns out Love came up with a song on the spot and sang her original lyrics while playing the ukulele. She wanted to let Budig know she was appreciated with this sweet gift.

Naturally, Budig thought it was fantastic. Love performed the song for her family as well as Budig, who she considers part of her extended family according to the Instagram post! In the comments, Budig had some supportive words for her TV daughter. “Love seeing your beautiful face and thank you for singing me your sweet song,” Budig said.

Later, the adult running Love’s Instagram account posted a clip of the song along with a message about it. The post said, “This is my first original song “walking in the dark” that I just made up on the spot to sing to my GH mom @rbjobud … What do you think? I’m gonna get my friend @douglasladnier to help me polish it off a bit and teach me some ukulele chords and it will be … The Best!”

General Hospital Spoilers: Violet’s Dad Will Get Caught Up In Some Grownup Drama

We think it already sounds great, but it sounds like Love intends to make it even better. It’s always fun when GH stars share cute videos and pics, so let’s hope Love makes more songs and is willing to share with fans. She’s just the sweetest thing, isn’t she?
