General Hospital Spoilers: Portia’s Lies Come To Light – Is She Working With Cyrus?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) knows more about Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) involvement with the case that originally put criminal mastermind, Cyrus Renault behind bars than she’s letting on. GH fans might have found themselves surprised when Portia told Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that her ex-husband revealed details of his missions to her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Portia’s Telling the Truth

While some GH viewers might think that the following is a conspiracy theory, there are some things to consider. Some fans are asking themselves whether it might be possible that Portia is actually working for Cyrus Renault. Now, that might sound crazy to some. Yet, everyone knows that it’s simply impossible for Lorraine “Harmony” Miller (Inga Cadranel) to be Cyrus Renault’s only informant in Port Charles.

GH fans ought to ask themselves how Cyrus learned the identities of all Jordan’s former partners. How did Cyrus learn their whereabouts? How did Cyrus learn when and where each of these former DEA agents would be vulnerable? How did Cyrus Renault learn enough to have them murdered? It’s a certainty that the drug kingpin would not have been able to murder Jordan’s former partners from solitary confinement in Pentonville without help!

Someone was feeding Cyrus information!

Now, we know from recent episodes that some GH fans were shocked by Portia’s revelation. It’s clear now that Jordan isn’t the only person to know who else worked on Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) cases. Some fans were so shocked, in fact, that they felt Portia had to be lying.

However, some may agree that it makes much more sense to suggest that Taggert really did confide in his former wife. It also logical to suggest that if Cyrus discovered details of Taggert’s family life, he might also have been able to blackmail Portia into telling him everything Taggert had told her!

It’s not likely that Portia is a die-hard criminal. However, if Portia was blackmailed in the same manner that both Harmony and Jordan have been blackmailed, then the blood of Jordan’s former teammates might be on her hands. Of course, GH viewers would understand and empathize with Portia’s actions. Who knows, maybe Cyrus threatened Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) life!

Wouldn’t this be very similar to how Cyrus threatened Harmony’s daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen)?
General Hospital Spoilers – Portia Deals Jordan a Death Blow

In any case, now that Jordan is embarking on a dangerous gambit to remove Cyrus Renault as a threat, if Curtis should relate any details of Jordan and Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) plan to Portia, everything just might go to hell in a handbasket!

Imagine for a moment if Jordan re-opens the Cyrus Renault case and then informs the police department’s internal affairs division that someone framed Cyrus. Worse, the people who framed Cyrus were her former partners on the case!

Then imagine that Portia steps forward with the truth

GH fans may agree that at that point, Jordan might as well have gone ahead and just confessed to the truth of her role! Either way, Port Charles’s police commissioner would have to step down in disgrace. Jordan would then be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Jordan would then find herself in Pentonville exactly as Cyrus Renault planned!
