General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) could be the wild card who decides who gets custody of baby Wiley. If she ends up being Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) mom, that makes her Wiley’s grandma and fans know she is desperate to have a relative to raise.

Things didn’t work out when Nina learned that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) wasn’t her daughter, but the world, at least the portion that includes Port Charles, could be turned on its axis if Nina believes that Nelle is her daughter.

General Hospital spoilers – Is Nina Is A Grandma To Baby Wiley?

At this point in time, Nina despises Nelle as does half of the town. So much so that she has hired her only so that she can spy on her and give a damning report to the court over Nelle’s fitness as a parent.

But what if Nina finds out that she is the one who spawned Nelle into the world and by extension has become a grandma to Nelle’s son?

That changes everything!

GH Spoilers – Will Nina Throw Her Hat Into The Wiley Custody Battle?

First things first—Nina has to discover her maternity of Nelle, and that maternity needs to be genuine. Right now what we know is that Nelle has the other half of the half-heart necklace that Nina owns. Nina has told anyone who will listen that her daughter was given the other half.

Last week viewers were clued into the fact that Nelle has possession of the pendant and it’s sitting in one of her momento boxes. What does that really mean though?

It could mean that Nelle is Nina’s daughter and if we go on that premise, Nina will likely embrace the wretch so that she can gain custody of Wiley for herself or at the very least for Nelle under the understanding that Nina has free access to the boy.
