General Hospital Spoilers: Michael’s Loyalties Tested – Will He Choose Corinthos or Quartermaine?

General Hospital: Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos)

General Hospital spoilers show that Michael is about to have his loyalties tested in a most intense manner, and the pressure may be too much for him to handle.

At this point in time, he is dealing with dire situations in both of his families–the Quartermaines and the Corinthos’.

Not to mention the incredible pressure he is receiving from the town mayor, as well as his unstable ex.
On top of all this nerve-wracking drama, he may soon discover he has a little boy who has been living right under his nose.

How will Michael handle the nonstop turbulence ahead? The answer may surprise you!

General Hospital spoilers – The Corinthos family demands Michael’s loyalty

Michael is now smack dab in the middle of what looks to be an all-out mob war. He was on the docks when a shooter took aim endangering several people, including his little sister Joss (Eden McCoy).

There is no doubt the reason behind the violence is his father Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) mob business. This means that Michael will have to mediate the situation to some degree, and he’ll also be worried about his sister who is living in Sonny’s house.

General Hospital spoilers – The Quartermaines expect Michael Corinthos to be on their side

Michael’s paternal family members will expect him to be on their side as their own internal drama escalates. His ex Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is trying to contaminate ELQ and she has been keeping the secret that their baby is alive and in Port Charles. To contain Nelle’s toxicity he has invited her to live in the family mansion. What could go wrong?

Between trying to keep the peace within the Quartermaine’s and trying to remain out of the line of fire where the Corinthos’ are concerned are not his only problems, however.

He is also being pushed by the mayor to participate in a waterfront renovation project.

General Hospital spoilers – Who will Michael Corinthos team up with if he survives the drama?

This is a dicey proposition as Sonny carries on shady dealings there, and Laura (Genie Francis) wants to clean up the area, something she needles Michael about right before gunfire rings out changing everything.

When Joss (Eden McCoy) sees a gunman she yells, but it’s not enough to keep Laura from getting shot. We assume she’ll survive, and be more intent than ever on cleaning up the crime on the docks. This means putting the squeeze on Sonny, who no doubt will push back.

On top of all of his dilemmas and woes, Michael is still a healthy young man trying to keep his romance on track.

What happens when the baby Wiley/Jonah reveals is inevitably exposed? Will this all be too much for Michael to handle, and how explosively will he react?
