General Hospital Spoilers: Michael & Nelle At War – Lucas Supports Michael In Custody Hearing?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the custody of Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olsen) seems to currently be a tug of war between Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) but there is another voice that a custody judge might be inclined to hear from. Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) raised Wiley for the first year and a half of his life. And that should carry a bit of weight with any judge hearing the case.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucas Jones Raised Wiley Cooper-Jones

Although Nelle and Lucas’ husband, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) switched the babies in order to keep Michael away from Wiley, Lucas had no knowledge of the switch and was one of Wiley’s parents until the truth came out. Once Lucas learned the truth, he immediately gave Wiley to Michael. But some have passed since then, and Lucas has been throwing himself into work. He wouldn’t actually try to take custody away from Michael, but would he be willing to support Michael in court? It could bring back all that pain, but it could also provide Lucas will some sort of closure.

GH Spoilers – He May Well Steer Clear Of The Whole Situation.

Lucas may have decided to steer clear of the entire situation. He lost both his husband and his son in one night. He’s been throwing himself into work in order to move ahead with his life. Getting involved in the custody battle might only remind him of everything he’s lost. He would never in a million years help Nelle, but could he possibly place his support behind Michael? It would be painful to bring it all backup, but for Wiley’s sake, Lucas would likely step up for Michael.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Judge Would Definitely Be Interested

Even though Lucas would probably stand a good chance of getting Wiley himself, he’s not going to want to pull Wiley in yet another direction. And in order to keep Nelle in check, he might very well be ready to tell a judge that he supports Michael’s claim to custody, especially if Willow Tait (Katelyn McMullen) is also in the picture. It might be the best way for Lucas to get some closure and finally move on.
