General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal GH star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) recently opened up about her character and some of the biggest loves of her fictional life. Here’s what she has to say.

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Wright Is All About Carly Corinthos And Jasper Jax’s Love

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the blonde beauty says that while she knows everyone’s favorite couple is Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), if there’s one storyline that stands out the most to her, it’s when her character fell in love with Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). Some would say that Carly might still be in love with Jax, but are simply not together because of their different circumstances in life right now.

Laura told the publication, “I loved when Jax and Carly got together and fell in love, back when I first started. It let me introduce my various of Carly – how I act, my personality, my vision of Carly – without changing the vision of what fans loved about her, and it tied humor, and also conflict with Jax and Sonny, which is always great to tap into.”

While Laura says that she will always feel great vibes for Jax and Carly, she also loves working with her co-stars Maurice Benard and Dom Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri). She continued, “I got to have incredible scenes with Dom and Maurice. And I loved it when Sonny and Carly got together this last time. That was the first time I got to work with Maurice in a romantic way. The Sonny/Carly love story was mostly played with Sarah Brown and Tamara Braun, and I thought it was perfect timing to put them together again.”

With that said though, it will be interesting to see what will happen next in the ongoing love triangle between Sonny, Carly, and of course, Jax. Whatever happens, there is no denying that the rivalry between Sonny and Jax will heat up once again, as it always does! General Hospital fans will simply have to tune in for all of the action!
