General Hospital Spoilers: Jax Might Be Right – Nina Misses ‘Fake Daughter’ Sasha

General Hospital (GH) spoilers revealed that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just might miss her fake daughter, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). GH fans know that at one point, Nina loved Sasha and thought she was her real daughter. However, this was because the evil Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) paid Sasha to be a fraud.

GH fans know that for literally months and months, Nina has been mooning over the idea of finding her long-lost daughter. Viewers have watched as Nina sat behind her desk, staring off into space, her half-locket draped over her fingers. From time to time things have appeared that fans were about to discover that either the dastardly Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) or the neurotic Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was Nina’s missing child all grown up.

While GH viewers have yet to discover (just like Nina) just who her daughter is, everyone knows that Sasha Gilmore once posed as Nina’s babe in arms. Well, an adult version of Nina’s fantasy babe in arms, anyway. The truth is, while Sasha was paid to perform and did a pretty good job of deceiving Nina, there are many GH fans who believe that both women actually grew close. At least, it’s apparent that Nina and Sasha were close as long as the deception went undiscovered.

GH Spoilers – Jasper”Jacks” Jacks Makes A Suggestion

Recently everyone watched as Jax swooped into Nina’s offices in an attempt to woo her away from work. Wouldn’t Nina rather head back to his place for some adult fun? Of course, Nina pretended to resist until the subject of Sasha somehow infiltrated their playful banter. From the tone of Nina’s voice and the things she said, Jax got the idea that Nina really missed the connection she once shared with Sasha. Of course, viewers then watched Nina get defensive. No way does Nina miss Sasha! What!? Miss that fraud that Valentin paid to be in her life? Was Jax kidding?

Nina then clarified that she missed the person that she had believed Sasha to be, not the person Sasha is. Jax threw up his hands, then had a better idea, and told Nina that he would be happy to help her find her real daughter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Might Want To Focus On Charlotte Cassadine

Interestingly, many GH fans think Nina needs to have a focus for her motherly love. It’s not likely that Nina is going to go out and get pregnant any time soon. She’s now a high-powered career woman and Nina’s age isn’t helping anything in the pregnancy department. What if Nina never finds her long lost daughter? What if the other half of Nina’s locket never turns up?

Some suggest that there’s a child in Nina’s life who shouldn’t have to be forced to live with Lulu Spencer-Falconeri (Emme Rylan). Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) used to be close to Nina. Many GH fans would say the same is true in reverse!

Instead of pining away for fantasy, for something that might never be, maybe Nina ought to give whatever love she’s got in her heart to the real flesh and blood kid who’s standing right in front of her … a birth parent or no.
