General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan And Sam McCall Deal With A Crushing Blow – Will They Recover?

Actress Carolyn Hennesy, who plays Sam’s lawyer Diane on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “Sam and Jason aren’t having the best time right now. But that’s okay. Diane is on the case!”

And while there might have been a time in which that would have been all they needed to hear, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. In fact, both Jason and Sam are truly worried about their future and what’s to come.

If that weren’t enough, it’s also been pointed out that Diane has been on a losing streak lately. Even though she was undefeated for years and at one point presented Franco’s tumor in a jar to get him cleared, whatever worked for her in the past, isn’t working anymore. Diane failed to keep Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) out of jail when she was having her issues with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and she also didn’t do enough to save Willow Tate (Katelynn MacMullen) from being locked up for contempt of court.

Carolyn added, “It used to be I never lost. But my track record has kind of gone down.”

With that said, Jason and Sam will still do whatever it takes to make sure that they manage to keep Sam out of jail, no matter what it takes. After all, it would be a devastating blow for not only Sam McCall, but everyone that dearly loves her in Port Charles. The last thing they want to see her is to pay a price for a crime that was committed and should have been committed, regardless of what the court has to say about it.
