GH fans know that TJ has been Molly’s only boyfriend and that their relationship has lasted for over eight years … from the time they were teens. If Molly can’t recognize that there’s something special in that fact, it’s time TJ kicked Molly to the curb.

General Hospital Spoilers – Molly Lansing-Davis’s Become Too Wanton

The cat is out of the bag, and the fact is that a majority of GH fans simply can’t stand the way Molly has behaved in recent months. She definitely didn’t behave in a fashion that screams, “I love my boyfriend!” when it comes to TJ. When TJ’s mom, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry), basically broke with Molly on TJ’s behalf (itself an outrageously unreal situation) the very first thing Molly did was sleep with a stranger. Yeah, Molly loves TJ all right. (GH fans everywhere are rolling their eyes, and rightly so.)

Of course, GH viewers got to see Molly wringing her hands the next morning, desperately trying to pretend that nothing had happened between her and Port Charles’s newest mechanic, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). Of course, Molly blamed everything on her hurt feelings, her anger, her angst, and more. However, GH fans know that most people don’t just ditch an eight-year relationship and hop in bed with someone new unless they’ve been considering leaving the relationship for some time.

And, hey … even if TJ was missing (or hiding out or whatever) and Molly couldn’t get in touch when people break up and one partner is blindsided … there’s usually a long period of denial and then a period of grief. While some people might try to escape that grief by sleeping with someone new, they don’t usually do it the same day they break up as Molly did. That’s just … weird.

GH Spoilers – TJ Ashford Is As Much A Man As Brando Corbin

Some GH fans just feel like there is no chemistry between Molly and TJ anymore, and because of that, Molly deserves to move on with someone like Brando. But, wait just a minute here! Shouldn’t Molly have the guts to at least tell TJ the truth about how she might have been feeling? If Molly isn’t truly in love with TJ anymore then isn’t it kind of a bad thing for her to try to prolong her relationship with TJ? Doesn’t TJ deserve better?

Then there are those GH fans who compare TJ to Brando when it comes to the question as to who is more attractive. Leaving aside the fact that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, TJ is objectively more attractive from a certain point of view and some might agree that Molly’s brain (and hormones) are firing on less than full thrusters. TJ is a medical intern, is going to be a doctor, is well regarded in the community, is the son of Port Charles’s police commissioner … and Molly’s already been with him for eight years.

In start contrast, Brando is a mechanic who probably doesn’t make near as much money as TJ (or as much as TJ will in the future), is a felon, is well regarded only by the Corinthos crime family, didn’t even like his mother … and Molly just met the dude. Some GH viewers need to get a grip.

General Hospital Spoilers – TJ Ashford’s Already Proven All He Needs To

The truth is, TJ has proven everything he needs to. TJ’s proven he knows how to commit to a relationship for the long-term. TJ’s proven that he really loves Molly. TJ’s proven that he’s ambitious and a hard worker. Seriously, TJ’s proven that he has most if not all the major characteristics that most women look for in a life partner. What more is Molly looking for?

Another truth is that Molly might not be mature enough to recognize what she’s got right in front of her. She might feel that she’s only known one guy and wow … she must be missing out if she sleeps with just TJ for the rest of her life. After all, that’s what pop culture would have Molly believe and hey … maybe Molly’s just a product of the times.
