General Hospital Spoilers: Dev Has been Out Of The Picture on GH – Where Is Ashton Arbab?

Soap operas are a little getaway place. We watch them weekdays and are intrigued by the impactful storytelling by the different soaps on ABC, CBS, and NBC. Over the years, we have watched several teens come and go.

On General Hospital, the latest teen scene includes William Lipton as Cameron Webber, Eden McCoy as Josslyn Jacks, Sydney Mikayla as Trina Robinson and Ashton Arbab as Dev Cerci. The latest of which we haven’t seen for quite a while. Which begs the question, what happen to Dev? Is Arbab off the show for good?

General Hospital Spoilers – Where Is Dev Cerci

Arbab is a 17-year-old, singer, musician and actor. He first stepped on the scenes as Dev on GH in March 2019. Dev was first seen in a Turkish restaurant as he tried to pickpocket Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Sonny grabbed by the arm and stopped arm as Dev begged Sonny not to turn him in. Sonny eventually covered for him. Sonny made a deal with Dev to help him find his son, Dante (ex-Dominic Zamprogna). Dev stayed on the show for a couple of episodes that year. He was then seen again in June, this time on a recurring basis.

GH Spoilers – Will Dev Cerci Be Back

Earlier this year, Dev who was thought to be the grandson of Gladys (Bonnie McCormick) and the son of Brando (Johnny Wactor). Both were revealed to be alive earlier this year as well. In a shocking move, Dev decided it was time to leave Port Charles since he learned about Brando’s arrival and it changed everything.

Sonny and Carly (Laura Wright) were against the idea at first but eventually, they along with Brando agreed Dev was doing the right thing and so they decided to send him to boarding school. When Carly found a bullet in Dev’s backpack, they decided it was best for Dev to stay hidden in Port Charles so that Sonny could protect him from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and his men. Dev was last seen on the show in February. Now, everyone wants to know, will be back?

Perhaps he will be when they get rid of Cyrus and his following. Once he will be safe, maybe Sonny, Carly, and Brando will agree to allow Dev to come out of hiding and once again Rome the streets of Port Charles and reunite with his friends.

Arbab outside of the show remains busy with his music. He will be seen the upcoming Netflix show A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting as Tommy.
