General Hospital Spoilers: Could Willow Be in Danger if Harmony Defies Cyrus Renault?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) could be in serious danger. Recent episodes have revealed that Willow’s mother, Lorraine “Harmony” Miller (Inga Cadranel), is now working for the criminal mastermind, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

As GH viewers may remember, someone sent Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) a text while she was at home. The text told her to keep quiet about TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellows) and his predicament. It then went on to say that someone would be coming to visit her in order to deliver a message. Shortly after, Harmony showed up and proceeded to deliver a wicked message of blackmail.

Sadly, during the course of Jordan’s tense conversation with the former Dawn of Day cult member, it was revealed that Harmony too was coerced and that Cyrus threatened her. She implied those threats extended beyond herself to those she loved. Obviously, GH viewers understand that this was an implicit reference to Willow.

General Hospital Spoilers – Mother And Daughter Complicated Past

This mother and daughter have a complicated past. In fact, Harmony’s lover, the cult-leader “Shiloh” (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) actually convinced her that she would have to share him with other women. Imagine her surprise when she found out the other woman he wanted her to share him with was actually her own daughter!

Willow resented her mother deeply for not protecting her from Shiloh’s sick advances. Moreover, the poor girl also ended up pregnant with Shiloh’s child. It wasn’t until Harmony began to finally turn on her lover that she became hopeful that her relationship with Willow might be healed.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Is Pulling Strings

However, now that Cyrus is pulling Harmony’s strings, this mother-daughter relationship may be in danger once again. Although Harmony obviously feels she has no choice in the matter, her actions could end up hurting not only Willow, but that Willow cares about. Cyrus Renault has proven that he is an extremely dangerous man. He doesn’t seem to have qualms about crushing those who oppose him.

For example, just look at what happened to Jordan’s teammates from the DEA! Because she crossed him, he ensured that everyone she worked with met a grisly end. All her former colleagues ended up dead from forced drug overdoses, except for her close friend Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), and he ended up shot to death!

One can only imagine that Harmony’s fears are entirely justified. She knows what Cyrus is capable of. He’s holding the life of her daughter in his hands, and at any moment he could squeeze and extinguish it.

Now, some GH viewers might say “wait a minute!” Isn’t Willow dating a police detective? Well, sure. But, doesn’t it seem obvious that Cyrus has men working on the inside perhaps not only of Pentonville but the PCPD as well? It’s entirely possible that someone Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) thinks is a colleague, perhaps even a friend, is watching he and Willow right now!

How this will all play out remains to be seen. However, it’s clear that with Port Charles’s latest bad guy holding Harmony’s leash, Willow is far from safe.
