General Hospital Spoilers: Chase Has Evidence Against Nelle! Will He Finally Be The One To Take Her Down?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint at the temporary downfall of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) due to evidence that has been found by Chase Wright (Sean Blakemore). Nelle is trying to fool everyone into think that she is the innocent victim, but little did she know she has made a mistake, and it is coming back around to bite her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nelle Benson has a Plan

Nelle is up to her old tricks again, and this time her goal is to get out of jail and reunite with her son. She has everything planned out, a story, someone to blame it on, and the ability to play the innocent victim at the drop of a dime. The day the baby switched happened, she had just been in an accident and then tried to kill Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Not even hours after that, she gave away her child and placed a dead one in Michael’s arms with no sympathy whatsoever. However, this is not the story Nelle is telling; instead, she is claiming that Brad stole the baby from her arms seconds after she gave birth. Anyone who knows Brad and Nelle can tell that Nelle is spinning a tale to fit her narrative. However, everyone is taking into account that if she receives a sympathetic jury, then she may get out of jail or not have a long sentence if convicted. Everything may turn out right for her unless evidence can be found to use against her.

GH Spoilers – Harrison Chase has evidence

Chase is determined to keep Nelle behind bars since he knows just how dangerous things can get when Nelle gets her way. On the episode that airs on the 25th of February, Chase appears to Michael, telling him that he had collected some evidence from when Nelle tried to leave Port Charles. He says it will prove that Nelle knew about the baby switch situation before the day that everyone else found out.

This would automatically prove her story wrong. Michael seems pleased about the information since it will keep her away from their son. Chase does approach Nelle later and tells her that he has evidence against her and then shows her the two passports that she received from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). There is no doubt with proof like that that Nelle would need an excellent defense to prove why she had them. Knowing Nelle, she may try to pin it on someone else to save herself.
