General Hospital spoilers tease that the intel that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and others who rely on the WSB for their intel on investigations of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may find they cannot trust the information from the time period from the time the memory transfer took place; Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghlis) was the director then!
General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Was Head Of The WSB
Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that when Victor returned to the GH canvas in 2014 he was the director of the WSB and Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) took over when Victor was shot and killed by Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Victor was also the director of the Crichton-Clark clinic in upstate New York where Liesl had worked, after being first seen in a Swiss clinic where Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) was found alive in 2012.
This was close to the time the memory transfers would have been done, with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) having disappeared in late 2012 and presumed dead. Viewers will recall that Jason was retrieved under the orders of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and put into the memory transfer procedure with his then-unknown twin, Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and when Jason’s brain didn’t work for what Helena wanted to do.
She ordered Caesar Faison (Anders Hove) to kill him and it was at that point Peter retrieved him and put him in the Boronsky clinic for safekeeping until he broke out with the help of Ava Jerome (Maura West) and returned to Port Charles, and by that time Drew Cain (Billy Miller) was there also, but thought he was Jason along with everyone else! This history is to give a timeframe of when Victor was the director of the WSB.
GH Spoilers – When Victor Cassadine Was The Head Of The WSB, He Was Closely Connected With Criminals
When Victor Cassadine was the head of the WSB, he was closely connected with criminals such as Helena Cassadine, Cesar Faison, and Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché) and of course Liesl was involved in a lot of at the best, unethical medical activities, as was Victor. They had held Duke captive for years, and it was yet another lab, with Jerry Jacks at the helm where Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) had been kidnapped and found an unresponsive Drew, thinking he was Jason in stasis, and although she was supposed to be working on a formula to revive Helena and Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) she used it on “Jason” who actually drew and helped him escape.

General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Involved In WSB
Victor was involved with all of this going on while he was director of the WSB and at the same time, director of the Crighton-Clark clinic where not only Duke but Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was, still in a coma at that time.
Prior to Victor’s return after many years of absence from General Hospital, he came to town with his brothers Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos) and Tony Cassadine (Andre Landzaat) and was involved, along with them, in stealing the Ice Princess, a large diamond which Mikkos later used in a weather machine which with he intended to control the world, and almost froze the world – until Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) got control of the diamond and defeated him. With Victor having been involved with all those criminals and all these unethical medical procedures, should any WSB intel from that time period, especially relating to Peter, be trusted?
