General Hospital viewers will recall that Ava and Nikolas pulled a shocker on Nikolas’ family members when Ava suddenly announced that Nikolas and she were getting married, when they were barely used to him being alive after all! The same day that Nikolas revealed himself as alive to his mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), his sister, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and his stepfather, Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) was the same day that their sudden marriage was to take place! Laura looked like she was going to have a heart attack! But, whether this trip is a vacation for just Ava or a honeymoon with Nikolas, she could definitely use some time away from Port Charles!

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Has Had A Rough Year, General Hospital Viewers Can Agree!

Ava has had one rough year, General Hospital viewers can agree! It was barely more than a year ago that her lover, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) murdered her daughter, Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and she found out he wasn’t his twin after all! Shortly after, she nearly took another dive into the Niagara River when Ryan tried to pull her down with him, and would have had it not been for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) grabbing her! Last year just went downhill from there; her desperation in trying to relieve herself of her own guilt led her to two psychics and several séances trying to contact Kiki, and then on top of everything else Nikolas drugged her and told her he was talking to her from hell along with Kiki! Even though Ava got attached to Nikolas enough to help Patient Six while she was in the Boronsky Clinic in Russia, hoping he was Nikolas, and helped him escape, turning out to be Jason, that should have been enough to kill any love Ava had for Nikolas – but, oh well…..he did save her life when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) pushed her over the parapet of Wyndemere Castle into the icy harbor below. Maybe she called it even!

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome, With Or Without Nikolas Cassadine Will Take This Trip

Ava, with or without Nikolas, will take this trip, possibly to somewhere beautiful that will heal her soul. It’s probably not going to be that timeshare cabin she lured Ryan to and stabbed him in the back! It definitely won’t be Cassadine Island, whether Nikolas is with her or not! It will be more like a tropical island paradise where she can be waited on hand and foot! Perhaps a resort that offers a spa might be something Ava would be interested in, as long as it’s miles away from Port Charles, New York and all the terrible memories from the past year or so!
