General Hospital’s Sonny hates Julian. Julian and Sonny were both mob bosses and they never got along. Sonny wanted to take Julian out as soon as he discovered his identity. However, Julian saved Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) son Danny Morgan’s (Porter Fasullo) life when he was diagnosed with cancer when he was a year old. Sonny has refrained from killing him since then even though he caused issues with Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) as well. However, keeping Sonny’s grandson from him, Michael’s son is certain to cause Sonny to kill him now.

General Hospital’s Julian could give Sonny the heads up that Nelle is planning to kidnap Wiley. After all, Nelle forced Jordan to marry her to try and get custody of Wiley.
