General Hospital Rumors: Could Cyrus Be Connected To Cassandra Pierce?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could be connected to another drug lord who wanted to take over Port Charles – the late Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck)!

GH Spoilers: Cassandra Pierce Wanted To Run Drugs Through Port Charles

General Hospital viewers will recall from a few years back that when Cassandra Pierce first came on the canvas, that she dealt in drugs and had a really dangerous one that she was trying to run in Port Charles that she in fact tried to kill Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with a syringe-full of but Nina got the upper hand over Cassandra and stabbed her with her own syringe! Cassandra didn’t just run drugs though – she manufactured them!

This was a very dangerous drug that she manufactured and put her in a coma for over a year, and viewers will also recall that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had been kidnapped to draw Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to a clinic in Canada to bring her out of her coma in exchange for Anna. Could the drugs in the syringes that killed Bob Massicotte (Randy J. Goodwin), Mark Simon (uncredited character) and would have killed Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) if he hadn’t gotten away from Cyrus’ goons the first time – and he managed to grab the syringe they were trying to use on him and bring it back as evidence. Might this be the same drug that put Cassandra into a coma? It could have been reformulated as a much stronger version by now!

General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Renault Could Be A Former Customer Of Cassandra Pierce

There are supply chains in black market drugs and goods just like in regular products. It is a good possibility that Cyrus could be a former customer of Cassandra. Just because Cassandra is dead it doesn’t mean her drug manufacturing facilities are, or that her supply chains have been dismantled! She undoubtedly had people in place under her who have taken her place and that was all undoubtedly set up long before she was killed!

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) had been the one who intercepted Cassandra on her way back to the WSB, and that connection has never been explained – but it wasn’t long before Cyrus got himself transferred to Pentonville that Cassandra had resurfaced in Port Charles and was aided in her escape from a prison work detail by Nikolas, only to be blown up in an airboat supplied by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) after she had kidnapped little Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez)! Cassandra was in Port Charles long enough to make some connections for Cyrus so he could easily have warehouses to store his supply and she may even have supplied some goons ahead of time – some of which Nikolas may have used as well. Nikolas seems to have goons at the ready to do whatever, scare Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) out of town, for instance!
