General Hospital News Update: Nancy Lee Grahn Dishes On What She’s Doing During The Hiatus

ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal that Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) has been one busy lady during the show’s coronavirus-mandated shutdown. For starters, did you know that the enterprising actress now has a YouTube chat show?

Soap Opera Digest recently got in touch with the lovely and talented actress by email and she dished about what she’s been up to—we have some of her compelling thoughts for you here!

General Hospital spoilers – Nancy Lee Grahn has not let the grass grow under her feet during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown

If case you didn’t know, Grahn debuted a YouTube chat show, Soaps in Quarantine, while in lockdown. Talking about her new venture, Grahn told the magazine that she is always on the lookout for creative ways to float her boat!

For her, this means getting to be, “outside of the appropriate rules of the soapbox.” As she explains, on her own she has the freedom to be a little more her, to let her personality shine through, and if you haven’t caught her show yet, shame on you!

Grahn’s daughter also graduated from college during the time that the show has been on hiatus and she talked about their celebration, saying it was absolutely memorable.

Grahn decorated her sunroom and she, her partner Richard and her daughter watched the school’s virtual graduation ceremony.

She called it, “the worst, most anticlimactic, undeserving, uncreative” ceremony imaginable, “from a very prestigious college that cost me 80K a year.”

Nonetheless, Grahn found a way to make the occasion fun and memorable for her daughter, with beer, a photoshoot, and a great rest of the day. To top things off, the following day the neighborhood put on a car parade for Kate!

So, what’s next for Alexis Davis in Port Chuck? When we last saw her she and her daughters were having a legendary Davis-girls family drama. In short, Alexis fell off the wagon, got disbarred, and is now trying to find a new purpose to her life that doesn’t include being a lawyer.

On top of that, her romance with Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) is no longer a sure thing, and that was the reason she was disbarred, so it could make matters even worse for the once legal eagle. Whatever Alexis does next won’t surprise us!
