ABC General Hospital spoilers reveal that Mark Lawson (Dustin Phillips) had a bit of a fit recently, and in public no less. What got the handsome hunk all hot and bothered? Would you believe that in his spare time he endures a fitness regimen that would make Rhonda Rousey blush?

It’s true and all you have to do is take a peek at his social media to see how hard he works in his off time.

For starters, Mark has posted a pic of himself with the description, “frothing, feverish.” Nothing to be concerned about however, he is simply working out in his yard! “Neighbor’s think I’m nuts,” he added. And they are probably sneaking peeks, too!

In another post he wrote, “Somehow, and most certainly because of wife’s encouragement, I was able to get a good one in last night. Had to order some new chalk today ‘cause it was super sweaty and slippy last night, son!” he then detailed his routine: On The Minute Rounds: Row x 2, Offset push-up x 2, snatch x 2, Clean, Front squat to Press. Odd Minute: Right, Even Minute: Left 20 minutes.”

Just in case you were wondering, he added, “I started with a lighter/power weight and went heavier for 8 rounds in the middle. Came back down to original weight and doubled up the squats and presses too. Have a plan but stay flexible. So now you’re probably wondering, when are we going to see Dustin with his shirt off on GH?! We can’t say when that will happen but we do now he is about to get the shock of his life when his girlfriend’s ex comes back to town. Dominic Zamprogna is returning to General Hospital as Dante Falconari and this will put a crimp in Dustin’s plans with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). Even though Lante are divorced, it is a sure bet that they will have a hard time resisting each other when they come face to face.
