General Hospital News Update: Ingo Rademacher Talks His Family, Quarantine Life & What’s Next For Jax

ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal that Ingo Rademacher (Jasper Jax) loves nothing more than to share glimpses into his family life which includes his sons 8-year old Pohaku and 12-year old Peanut, and his lovely wife Ehiku, with his lucky fans.

The handsome and talented actor recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest about what it’s been like to be on hiatus and raise his two energetic boys in quarantine while in Mammoth Lakes, a mountain community some five hours north of L.A. where GH films.

General Hospital Updates – What Has Ingo Rademacher Been Doing Since The Show Has Been On Hiatus?

According to Ingo, he is a hands-on dad and he has especially fond memories of his own father. For instance, he and his sons run four to five miles together every day! He says that his older son will probably soon be faster than him, and he’s in the midst of a growth spurt.

In actuality, he says that being in Mammoth Lakes is a good place to be in isolation, “We didn’t really feel the quarantine at all because we were just doing what we normally would up there.”

GH Spoilers – How Does Ingo Rademacher Like Homeschooling His Kids?

Believe it or not, Ingo and his wife were old pros at homeschooling even before the quarantine which caught many parents off guard. Even so, Ingo says, “It’s not my favorite thing to do. I like doing music stuff with them better.”

Rademacher adds that raising his family is made all the better because of his wife being by his side. “It’s the best, we do the parenting together and running the household together.”

General Hospital Spoilers – What’s Next On Port Charles For Jasper Jax?

The show is currently airing encore episodes due to the pandemic which caused Ingo and his family to remain in Mammoth Lakes when the mandate to shelter in place took effect.

What will his character Jasper Jacks be up to when the show returns to the airwaves?

At the moment he is romancing Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) although there could be a bump in the road after she agreed to testify on behalf of town pariah Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).

What happens next for Jax, will he stay with Nina or will he dump her out of loyalty to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)?
