Emmerdale Spoilers: Vanessa’s Downward Spiral – Pushing Charity Away To Protect Her

Emmerdale spoilers hint that Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) may be on a downward spiral as she begins to push away the ones who she is close to. Vanessa was recently diagnosed with cancer. This has resulted in her having to begin Chemo and have surgery.

Throughout the whole process, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) has been by her side, but it seems that this may not be this way for long as Vanessa tries to protect Charity by pushing her away, but will this really help or will it only cause more trouble. What might happen between the couple?

Emmerdale Spoilers – Charity Dingle Makes A Mistake

On the first day of Chemo for Vanessa, Charity informs her that their kids are sick, which leads to Vanessa telling Charity to stay with them. Charity is hesitant to stay with the children leaving Vanessa by herself but decides to listen to her. However, she stresses the importance that Vanessa finds someone else to go with her.

What she did not expect was that Vanessa would befriend one of her worst enemies, and when she finds out that Vanessa went to chemo alone, she decided to leave the kids with Tracy and go to the chemo unit. After arriving, she causes a scene thinking that Vanessa’s enemy was bothering her. However, this results in Vanessa getting upset and sharing some harsh words with Charity.

It could be that Vanessa only used harsh words in order to push Charity away. Seeing as she had left the kids in order to see her probably showed her how much Charity is willing to give up to take care of her, which probably made her feel bad. On the other hand, she could also see Charity struggling to do things right, and she is hoping that by pushing her away, she will stop trying.

Viewers may see Vanessa continue to push Charity away, but this may end badly for her and Charity. As Charity will feel powerless as she is stopped from helping. What do you think?
