Paul has waited a long time to track Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) down, which could trigger the question in viewers about why Paul might have come to Emmerdale or why he waited so long to find Vinny? Paul says he has had things together for a while, but he did not know where Vinny was, which is why he did not reconnect with Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) or Vinny. However, it did not seem like he had any problem finding Mandy when he came to Emmerdale.
