Emmerdale Spoilers suggest that Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) will keep trying to go for full custody of her child. This may lead to a custody battle between her and Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln). However, will she be able to do that when she has a target on her back placed there by Kim Tate (Claire King)?

Andrea and Jamie have been trying to find a way to compromise their custody issues without going to court. However, it has become difficult especially with the involvement of Jamie’s mother, Kim Tate. Kim has been pushing for her son to settle the custody agreement in court, but Andrea disagrees with going through that because it may result in a custody battle.

Jamie and Andrea were almost on the same page until Kim decided to hire a lawyer for Jamie and pushed him into going along with her idea. The conversation seemed to be settled until Andrea learned some life changing news about Kim Tate.

Emmerdale Spoilers- Andrea does not trust Kim Tate

After Graham’s funeral, Andrea went to confront Kim Tate about not inviting anyone else. However, what she got instead was a confession from Kim that lead her to believe that Kim tried to have Graham killed. After this, she confronted Jamie with her suspicions, and he turned her down. That is until he went to visit his mom and realized that everything Andrea said was actually true. He still decided to not take any actions and instead bonded with his mother.

Andrea was not happy about this and told Jamie to pick between his mother or his child. Even though Jamie did not turn in his mother, she was arrested later on without the knowledge of Andrea. Kim was later let of police custody, but Andrea was not dropping anything she told Jamie. If anything, she was more passionate about keeping her child away from Kim and Jamie. Especially since Kim had threatened her life, if she told about what Kim had done. Now Andrea is willing to just about anything to get what she wants and what she wants is to keep her child far away from Kim Tate.
