Emmerdale Spoilers: Amy Walsh Teases Tracy and Nate’s Romance – Do They Have A Future?

Viewers know that Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) and Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) have grown closer together in recent weeks. The actress behind the character, Tracy, has shared her opinion about her alter ego’s budding relationship with Nate.

The pair has decided to become “exclusive” as a couple. There’s a lot of resistance when it comes to their pairing and the first one who disapproved is Cara Robinson (Carryl Thomas), Nate’s mom. Plus there’s the fact that Nate have had flings with several local ladies, not to mention the fling he had with Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb).

“I hope she finds some happiness. I hope she finds someone who loves her the way she deserves to be loved,” Walsh said.

“It’s tricky with Nate, because obviously he’s got this reputation after what he did to Moira and Cain. I hope this new relationship with Tracy enables us to see the real side of Nate, because he’s just damaged from his childhood,” she continued.

“Nate does have goodness and I hope they fall in love. I don’t know what’s to come, but it’s going in the right direction for it to be a strong relationship, so it’s great,” she added.

The actress also admitted that many fans are still rooting for her alter ego to reunite with her ex-husband David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden). She admitted that many viewers are still supporting their pairing. However, she also explained that even though she’d love to see Tracy and David back together, they had to break up, which a sad thing.

A lot of fans are still rooting for them and now that Maya’s gone and David is single once again, many are hoping that he and Tracy would give their relationship another shot. But before that happens, both characters need to spend some time and space apart.

Some fans think that Nate isn’t good enough for Tracy while others believe that the new storyline has ruined Tracy’s character.

“Jeez, this is a grim choice of men for Tracy. Nate or David? It’s a hard pass on both. She deserves better. #Emmerdale,” one fan said.

Another viewer said, “Tracy can do a lot better than Nate.”
