EastEnders Spoilers – New Story Affects The Whole Family

The new story that will affect the Taylor family is still being kept under wraps. A few weeks ago, it was teased on Secrets From the Square that the whole family would become exposed and there would be a dark secret coming out. As we previously speculated, that dark secret very well could be Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) abusing Chantelle Atkins (Jessica Plummer).

Hard, Gripping And Dramatic Storyline

According to Digital Spy, Stanley couldn’t give out specific details about the upcoming storyline. However, she did confirm that it would be really difficult for the family. The actress also said that it would be gripping and dramatic.

“The Taylors are in for a really hard time – nothing is ever easy for them, so we have been filming some really gripping and dramatic stuff. That’s all I can say. Watch this space, it’s very dramatic.”

Previously, it was teased that Chantelle would find her “inner-Taylor” after having enough of Gray’s abuse. Being in lockdown with an abusive husband will prove to be too much for the wife and mother. She will finally gather up the courage to leave him and even makes plans to speak to a divorce attorney.

Eastenders spoilers suggest that everyone spent lockdown differently. While Chantelle suffered unimaginable horrors at the hands of her husband, Stanley envisions something different for the rest of the Taylor family.

“[Karen] was there with Mitch and Bernie, but her sons went to stay with their dad – he’s got a big house and garden, so that broke her heart. Mitch has been sniffing around her probably but I think she had the best lockdown, she will be in her onesie all the time, cooking, eating, drinking, playing Twister, board games, they’d have had a proper laugh.”
