BBC Eastenders spoilers reveal that Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) has been talking to divorce lawyers during the lockdown. Since he is still legally married to Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), he could have a share in Queen Vic. Would he really battle to be compensated for his share in the pub? Could it force Sharon out of her childhood home and leave her homeless?

When Phil was trying to get Sharon back, he was going to buy Queen Vic for her. However, she chose her baby over him, which led him to rush to try and close the deal in the pub. He was shocked when Sharon and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) ended up buying Queen Vic from under him. Even though it seems like Sharon has won, Phil never accepts defeat. He’s going to get his revenge and make Sharon pay.

Eastenders spoilers confirm that Phil has been talking to divorce attorneys while in lockdown. He is making a plan of action and Sharon could end up paying the price. Divorce can get messy and complicated, but Express noted that Phil could actually have a share in Queen Vic simply because he is still legally married to Sharon.

Phil could demand that Sharon and Ian pay him for his share in the pub. It has already been teased that Ian is having financial troubles. In fact, he stole from Max Branning (Jake Wood) in order to buy Queen Vic for Sharon. So, if the divorce includes them paying Phil for his share of the pub, it could force them to sell.

Sharon Watts Forced Out And Left Homeless?

Another possibility is that Sharon ends up homeless when Phil takes Queen Vic from her during the divorce. Dotty Cotton (Millie Zero) is going to tell Sharon about Ian’s role in Dennis Rickman’s (Bleu Landau) death. She will be furious and we know Ian will leave town soon. With Ian’s mounting financial problems and the truth coming out, could Sharon lose everything, including Queen Vic and a place to live?
