Eastenders Spoilers: Lots Of Suspects In Whodunnit, But Who Really Attacked Ian Beale?

Eastenders Spoilers: Lots Of Suspects In Whodunnit, But Who Really Attacked Ian Beale?Eastenders spoilers reveal that Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) was brutally attacked and left for dead. The soap teased that there are a total of eight suspects. However, a good soap will leave viewers guessing and shocked. So, we are thinking that it’s not going to be the most obvious person. Could we be in for an unexpected bombshell when the truth comes out?

Ian Beale Kept Making Enemies

Over the past several months, we have seen Ian’s enemies and crimes piling up like crazy. So, even though his attack was teased last month, he certainly has a few more enemies that are capable of being guilty of the crime. Nearly everyone would have a motive, as well. The soap confirmed that there are a total of eight suspects, but is it really who we think it is? Or could we be in for a surprise?

Eastenders Spoilers: The Suspect List

Let’s cut right to the chase and go over all the suspects. There is Tina Carter (Louisa Bradshaw-White), who was seen busting into Ian’s house to teach him a painful lesson. Then, there was a shot of her washing blood from her hands and face, but did she really attack him? It seems way too obvious for a soap whodunnit.

Rainie Highway (Tanya Franks) was on a mission. Ian ruined her chances of ever being a mother again. Her husband, Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) was burning something. Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) was leaving the pub where Ian was attacked and Peter Beale (Dayle Hudson) was tending to his bloody and bruised wounds. Then, there is Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell), who was having a mental health crisis after Peter urged him to kill his father.

Let’s not forget Max Branning (Jake Wood) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal).

Soap Whodunnit Shouldn’t Be Obvious

Even though it seems that Suki, Tina, Max and Peter would be the most likely people to attack Ian, this is supposed to be a whodunnit story. Soaps need to have surprise, unexpected twists and bombshell revelations when it comes to these types of stories. Now, just because the soap confirmed eight suspects doesn’t mean any of them are guilty. There could be something that happened off-screen that we don’t know about, leading to a shocking reveal when this story ends.

Who Really Attacked Ian Beale?

Eastenders spoilers reveal that there is one storyline that has not been resolved yet that could tie into Ian’s attack. It has to do with the death of Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) oldest son, Dennis Rickman, Jr. (Bleu Landau). Dotty Cotton (Millie Zero) told Sharon that Ian was responsible for the boy’s tragic death. However, Ian covered and seemingly avoided being on the receiving end of Sharon’s wrath. It’s very possible that Sharon has realized the horrifying truth, but has been playing her cards very close to her chest. There is good reason to believe that Dennis’ death story and Ian’s attack are related.

Who do you think attacked Ian Beale? Do you agree with our speculation that it could be Sharon Watts? Or do you have another theory?
