Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander’s Loving Gesture Impresses Vengeful Sarah

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates reveal that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) comes up with a new plan to get Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) forgiveness. It has to do with Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s gravesite. Sarah lets go of her anger and realizes that Xander truly did everything out of love. Could this be the first step to the two reconciling?

The Original Plan Discarded

DOOL spoilers reveal that Xander’s original plan was to put a huge, flashy ad in The Spectator. It was basically an enormous box with the words “I’m sorry” written inside of it. Xander went to find Jack to see about getting it published in the newspaper. He thought that this would let Sarah know how much he regrets his actions and wants her back. However, Jack gave Salem’s bad boy a big dose of reality.

DOOL Spoilers: Jack Deveraux’s Advice

As fans recall from last week, Jack gave Xander some advice. He said that the Horton women are famous for hating anything flashy. If Xander published that ad, Sarah would be publicly humiliated and it could fuel her hatred for him. He forced Xander to think about something more intimate and from the heart.

Days of Our Lives spoilers in the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest reveal that Xander comes up with another plan. He asks Sarah to come with him to the cemetery. The two go to Mickey’s grave and he shows her Mickey’s new headstone. Sarah is touched by the loving gesture and it could be the key to simmering down her rage.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Reaching Sarah Horton’s Heart

It is teased that Sarah could end up reconciling with Xander. In a chat with Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), the psychiatrist asks Sarah if she still loved Xander. In addition to this, it is revealed in the most recent edition of SOD that Sarah can’t stop thinking about Xander after she lures Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) into bed. So, it is very possible that we might see “Xarah” get back together.

What do you think is going to happen with Xander? Can he get rid of Sarah’s fury and reach her heart? If the two do get back together, will they stay that way or could something else happen to rip them apart? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to see how this storyline plays out.
