Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Victor Forces Philip And Xander To Share CEO Job, Conflict Explodes

Days Of Our Lives: Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will finally make a decision regarding the CEO position. He is going to make Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) share the CEO job. Of course, neither man intends on sharing anything and the conflict between them will explode.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Xander Cook Kiriakis’ Perspective

DOOL spoilers reveal that in Xander’s mind, he earned the CEO position. Even though he has done some good things for Victor, a lot of his worth is tied up in the devious schemes he performed for Victor and covering up his actions from Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Telfer explained that this is the reason why Xander is so determined to keep the CEO title. Because in his mind, he earned it with bad (and good) behavior, and he did a good enough job that there is no reason to replace him.

DOOL Spoilers – Philip Kiriakis’ Stance

However, Philip thinks he deserves the position because it is his birthright, he has years of experience of being a successful CEO and thinks it is the perfect way for Victor to make it up to him. For the first time in probably ever, Philip isn’t going to be handed the business on a silver platter.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Victor Kiriakis’ Decision

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Victor will finally make a decision… sort of. He announces that Xander and Philip are going to share the CEO job. Now, this won’t sit well with either man. Plus, Victor really isn’t making a decision. He’s trying to keep both sides happy instead of just announcing which one he feels is best suited for the position. This could end up backfiring on Victor.

DOOL Spoilers – Conflict Explodes

It is teased that Philip and Xander will work together, but only long enough to get rid of the other. Now, Xander has always played dirty, so expect him to continue this behavior. Plus, he will somehow get Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) caught in the middle.

As for Philip, he will have his own methods of proving himself to be the best — and only — a man for the job. We expect the conflict between Xander and Philip to reach explosive levels, but which one will win in the end? Or will these two end up destroying each other, as well as themselves?
