Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Steve Digs Deeper Into Adrienne’s Death – Will He Be The One To Set Maggie Free?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Steve Johnson (Stephan Nichols) missed a lot while thinking that he was Stefano DiMera (the late Joe Mascolo). Among other things, Steve wasn’t around when his sister, Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) passed away. He even missed her funeral. But now that he’s back, he’s likely going to want some answers. Like everyone else, he will have a hard time accepting that Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) was responsible.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Driving Drunk

As viewers know, it seems as though Maggie was driving drunk and caused  Adrienne’s car to swerve off the road, killing Adrienne. Adrienne was driving Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to the hospital because Sarah was in labor. Sarah’s baby also died that night. Steve won’t believe that Maggie, even drunk, would get behind the wheel of a car. Perhaps Steve will take it upon himself to investigate further. Once he hears that Summer Townsend (Marie Wilson), was there that night, and then disappeared, Steve will want to find out exactly what happened to Summer.

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Horton Doesn’t Remember Taking That First Drink!

Steve will find it curious that Maggie doesn’t remember taking that first drink. She would have been sober at the time. Summer had a bottle of alcohol with her and wanted Maggie to drink with her. It wasn’t that long afterward that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) found Maggie behind the wheel, smelling of alcohol. Steve will likely want to find Summer. But that may not be possible. If Summer was telling Maggie the truth, she only had six months to live at the time. Summer would be dead.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – But What If Summer Townsend Was Lying?

But what if Summer was lying about everything? What if she drugged Maggie and drove Maggie’s car, with a drugged Maggie in the passenger seat. Perhaps she was the one driving the car when it caused the accident. Then she could have moved Maggie into the driver’s seat and poured the alcohol down Maggie’s throat. Summer then left. Steve will make it his business to find Summer. If she’s still alive, then she will have a lot to answer for. And Steve would be just the person to bring his sister’s real killer to justice!
