Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Tries To Rebuild Her life After Baby Swap – Can A New Baby Ease Her Pain?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) thought her wedding day to Xander Cook (Paul Tefler) was going to be the happiest day of her life, but it turned into a nightmare. She found out the daughter that she had been raising for over a year was really the child of Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and that her child died shortly after childbirth. Xander had switched the babies in order to spare Sarah the pain of losing her child.

But Nicole Walker (Arianna Zucker) suspected the truth and eventually got confirmation of the truth. After she told Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn), the baby’s father, Eric told Sarah. After leaving Xander at the altar, Sarah took the Titan jet to Paris, before Kristen and Brady could come to claim their child. Sarah isn’t thinking clearly right now, but eventually cooler heads will prevail, and she will give the child to her rightful parents. But where does that leave Sarah?

Sarah will need time to mourn the child she lost. And on top of that, she will have to deal with the fact that her own mother, Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) was driving drunk and is thought to be cause of the accident that caused her daughter’s death.

Whether or not Sarah can forgive Maggie remains to be seen, but she’s sure going to have to process everything that happened. Hopefully, she will talk to someone like Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) or another therapist to deal with her loss.

Sarah is a skilled surgeon and deals with life and death every day. But it’s different when it hits so close to home. She can’t deny that Xander loves her and Sarah will have to figure out for herself if she can make a relationship with him work after what he did. After all, everything Xander did was because of his love for Sarah. He never wanted her to go through the pain she is feeling right now. It’s possible that down the road, she could forgive Xander.

Is there any hope for Xander and Sarah? Can she get past everything that’s happened and move on with her love? And what about her relationship with Maggie, will it ever be the same?
