Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) gets Belle Black (Martha Madison) to dump Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) as a client. Nicole thinks the obsessed grandmother will screw up the case by representing herself. However, she calls a surprise witness. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) has to cover for Nicole when asked about a murder.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Nicole Walker’s Scheme

DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole overhears Sami confessing the truth about fighting with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) to Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Even though it’s none of her business, Nicole once again runs around Salem to tell everyone what she heard while eavesdropping. The first person she goes to is Sami’s sister and attorney, Belle. Once Nicole relays the information about what happened right before John collapsed, Belle drops Sami as a client.

While Nicole is sure that Sami representing herself will backfire, she has forgotten how far the grandmother will go to get her way. She brings up some scandalous past events that don’t make Nicole look good.

In addition to telling the judge that Nicole tried kidnapping her baby all those years ago, she brings up something else. She betrays Eric and tells the judge about Nicole killing Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry).

NBC Days Spoilers: Calling Surprise Witness

Days of Our Lives spoilers from the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest confirm that not only does Sami bring the murder up, but calls a surprise witness. It’s her twin brother and Nicole’s new husband, Eric. Knowing that Eric is the type of man that doesn’t lie, Sami thinks that she will win custody when he confirms her killer claim. However, Sami is in for a bit of a surprise.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Eric Brady’s Decision

It is teased that Eric has to deal with being questioned by Sami regarding Deimos’ murder. However, he also is determined to stop Sami before she ruins another life. This forces Eric to make a tough decision. While he won’t outright lie in court, he does make sure that the way he presents the information covers Nicole.

When the judge goes to deliberate his decision, Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) assures Eric and Nicole that they will probably win. However, is that really what is going to happen? Will Sami allow that to happen? If she doesn’t get custody of Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby, would Sami resort to kidnapping the boy and hiding him in Europe? We certainly wouldn’t put it past her.
