Sami will do anything to stop that from happening, so she gets a restraining order. It is granted by a judge and delivered to Nicole and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).

Ever since Sami has been back in Salem, she has been at war with Nicole. All of their fights are stemming from Allie and baby. Well, the war is going to get turned up a few notches. Allie fled the hospital and left a letter giving her baby boy to Nicole.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of August 17, Sami will take steps to regain control. Still not understanding that the baby belongs to Allie, not her, she asks Belle Black (Martha Madison) for help. It is also confirmed that Eric and Nicole are shocked to receive a restraining order. This is obviously Sami’s doing and a judge signed off on it, but what about the baby?

DOOL – What About The Baby?

Sami could have gotten the restraining order by claiming that Allie is not thinking clearly or that she is being manipulated by Nicole. However, once Allie is found and is brought back to Salem, she will need to sign papers giving Nicole the baby. While her wishes are written down on paper, a judge will likely want to hear it from Allie herself since everyone is fighting over the adoption.

However, there is one more thing to consider. Does Nicole even want to adopt the baby? Even if she does, she could consider it to be a lifetime of hell. After all, there is no way Sami will let her live in peace if the adoption goes through.
