Once by Nicole and then again by Allie not saying anything about the affair.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Nicole was granted temporary custody by a judge. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) refused to allow that to happen. She tried leaving the country with the baby, but couldn’t get him on a plane without a passport. And of course, Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) didn’t even have a name at that point. Realizing that she could lose both Allie and Henry, Sami agreed to a compromise. Nicole could raise Henry, but only if Allie lived with them.

If Nicole and Allie have a falling out, they could stop living together. Allie will move out and probably plans on taking Henry with her. However, Nicole could try to stop that from happening. She might bring up that a judge gave her temporary custody, so she is Henry’s legal mother. Allie will reason that she is the baby’s mother, but Nicole is right that she gave up those rights.

It could lead to another custody battle, but things could get even more complicated when Sami gets involved. What will happen to Henry and will Allie have another legal fight on her hands?
