Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate the stakes are high for Victor. After all, he could lose the woman he loves, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). He will also risk losing his other loved ones. The baby swap wasn’t done for malicious reasons, but it was an attempt to protect Maggie.

He didn’t want her to know that she killed her own granddaughter when driving drunk. But his actions ended up hurting a lot more people than the truth would have.
