And now she finds herself in the worst place to be – behind bars. Kristen knows that she has to face the music and pay for her crimes. Here’s what you need to know.

In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, actress Stacy Haiduk, who plays Kristen DiMera on the hit NBC soap, knows that her character has been backed into a corner with no way out. And while Kristen might seem like someone who is always two steps ahead of others, this time around she won’t be able to manipulate her way out of the situation that she’s in.

Stacy says, “Kristen has no hope at this point. She’s scared because now she’s going to lose everything that she’s ever wanted – her child and the love of her life. It’s really scary for her. She didn’t expect this to happen, and all she can do now is just abide by the rules.”

However, the love of her life, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) vows that he will find a way to get her out of this, but unfortunately, Kristen is not feeling very optimistic about it. She believes that she’s run her course and that her past has finally caught up with her.

Stacy continued, “Kristen isn’t feeling an iota of optimism. None. Kristen has worked so hard to get where she is about now it’s all going to be gone.”

But then again, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about this sexy, blonde beauty it’s that she is not someone who gives up easily. Kristen might be feeling down right now, but she’s certainly not broken. Plus, Brady is going to do everything he can to help Kristen beat the charges against her.
