This causes Abigail to continue having hallucinations. She will struggle to tell the difference between reality and fantasy, which leads to another hospitalization.

However, we have no idea if it’s a short-term leave or if Mansi plans on not returning for a long time. A lot can happen in Chad’s life depending on the amount of time involved.
