Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in Salem Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) invites Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) to a party. While there, they witness Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) announcement. Gwen Rizczeck (Emily O’Brien) is quite pleased with herself and now Jake knows what his ex is up to. He will target Gwen after the party blows up.

DOOL spoilers reveal that this week, Kate will invite Jake to Abigail’s party. He has nothing better to do and he does like Abigail, so he accepts. Plus, it’s a way for him to get to know Kate better. Now, Jake and Kate will end up getting closer and actually become bedroom partners, according to head writer Ron Carlivati. We’ve already seen Jake attempting to flirt with her, so it’s only natural that she would take the next step by inviting him to a get-together.

Jake Lambert’s Suspicion

Gwen has no idea that Jake is going to attend the party that she planned for Abigail. After all, she organized the party and helped create the guest list. Since Gwen is planning her own sinister scheme that is supposed to be exposed at the party, she won’t like that Jake is attending. He is already questioning Gwen about what she is up to, so he won’t react well when he gets a feeling that Gwen is behind the drama that occurs.

Abigail DiMera’s Announcement

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Abigail will make her announcement at the party. She stalls because she is so stunned by what she found. But Gwen pushes her to announce it to everyone, which is what Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) did while Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves/Cady McClain) was in a coma.

Now, Abigail would normally confront her father privately or give her mother a heads-up. Abigail isn’t one to publicly humiliate her loved ones. So, making this huge announcement of what Jack did in front of everyone has to be Gwen’s idea.

Targeting Gwen Rizczeck

Jake will start adding things together. He knows that Gwen is up to something and it has something to do with Abigail and the Deveraux family. However, he probably won’t find out exactly what Gwen’s goal is until on. But the fact that she orchestrated drama at the party will not sit well with Jake. He considers Abigail to be a friend and she has been trying to play peacemaker with the DiMera brothers.

It is suggested that Jake will target Gwen, but will he get to the truth? Or will Gwen make sure that nobody ever hears what Jake has to say?
